Briefly,
FSFBN Logistics United Kingdom . (hence referred to as FSFBN Logistics /we/our) is a subsidiary and partner of her mother company, FSFBN Logistics United Kingdom and FSFBN Logistics Retail.

We are a Procurement & Freight company that specializes in the chat-up (with sellers), procurement and freight of all forms of products (excluding those stated in the 'Products We Don't Ship' column on our homepage) and this website worldexlogs.com serves as the 24/7 system created for the management and processing of all transactions. All clients are hereby referred to as "you" and clients' transactions as "your".

Service Provision Relationship
FSFBN Logistics works with services provided by Master Card, Tranex, AliBaba, AliExpress, DHGate, Taobao, Ebay, Amazon, TigerDirect, BestBuy and other e-commerce websites tested and trusted by the FSFBN Logistics team but she has no affiliation whatsoever with these companies. We only serve as an intermediary (middle man) between these companies and you across international borders. As such, FSFBN Logistics won’t be held liable for any issue that arises out of the usage of their services. We recommend them but you proceed at your discretion.

Payment
The account holder, FSFBN Logistics United Kingdom . in banks listed on this website remains the authorized account holder for the receipt of payments for all transactions. We are not to be held liable for any payment made in full or part to any account asides this.

For the time being, all payments for each and every transaction are structured into an 90:10 payment mode. If 90% part payment is not made for an order in 48 hours, such order is deleted from our database, and subsequently, your control panel.

If additional payments are to be made due to shipping fee demanded by seller(s) for any transaction, you have to pay it up before the transacted business is deemed complete and your products are released to you. In the case where you prefer not to proceed with such transaction, a refund will be issued to you. Kindly, see the REFUND SECTION.

Exchange Rate
In order to get the right exchange rate as used by MasterCard, the exchange rate FSFBN Logistics operates with isn’t determined by Google or any other website operating as an exchange rate calculator. Our exchange rate is calculated by an independent financial house.

This exchange rate is calculated and updated at any point in time and will be updated on the Home Page. Should you place an order and not make payment for such order within 48 hours, our Accounts Team have the right to update your invoice at the current exchange rate.

Order cancellation
In the event that you decide not to proceed with a transaction, you reserve the right to leave it as it is and it will be cancelled in 48 hours.

There is a fee attached to order cancellation. The fee is $20 and an additional bank transfer fee of $2.

All order cancellations and refunds are processed within 0-24 hours.

Products Product(s) Recommendation and Purchase
A FSFBN Logistics team member can only offer advice and recommend products he(she) thinks fit according to your specifications. Should the product in question not meet up with your desire, the FSFBN Logistics team member will not be held liable for such recommendation. Please, proceed at your discretion. His(her) recommendation is not an endorsement.

Discount(s)
Unless explicitly displayed on a seller's store, discounts won't be granted. FSFBN Logistics reserves the right to purchase at the official price, as seen on the seller's store at the time of purchase. As such, unofficial discounts are not encouraged and approved.

Disputes Arising
Any dispute arising from the usage of the web and offline services of FSFBN Logistics or recommended websites will be treated and handled by the FSFBN Logistics Support Team, in accordance with the service provider’s dispute policy and decision.

Product Warranties and Guaranties
All product warranties and guaranties put forward by sellers, wholesalers and retailers of products purchased by you are within the obligations of FSFBN Logistics to act upon in any case of dispute or dissatisfaction but agreements reached based on those are not decided by FSFBN Logistics .

As such, all agreements and decisions reached in any case of product(s) dispute or dissatisfaction isn’t determined by FSFBN Logistics , but is binding on us to carry out accordingly.

In the case of a return/exchange, FSFBN Logistics reserves the right to retain her Freight Fee, Service Charge and Handling Fee/Bank Wire Charge and the client is liable for the Freight Fee to and from our office in China/the United States and back to the seller/wholesaler/retailer’s store/warehouse.

Bidding
Bidding on product(s) as is prominent on Ebay is handled by FSFBN Logistics based on an agreed price ceiling stipulated in your invoice. $3 Bid Fee is charged on all bids.

The Freight Fee, Service Charge and Handling Fee/Bank Wire Charge still stands in the case of winning any bid. In the event of a bidding loss, the $3 Bid Fee is retained by FSFBN Logistics .

Pricing
FSFBN Logistics 's pricing is structured as:
a) Freight Fee.
b) Service Charge.
c) Handling Fee/Bank Wire Charge.
d) Bid Fee (in case of product(s) on auction).

FSFBN Logistics doesn’t thrive on offering low bottom prices in terms of Freight Fee, Service Charge, Handling Fee/Bank Wire Charge and Bid Fee to her clients rather she offers affordable prices that necessitate the smooth operation of procurement of product(s) to delivery. She can’t stay out of business to be in business, so while we’re in this business and affordable pricing is necessary, it’s two-way and FSFBN Logistics reserves the right to change her prices at any point in time, with prior and adequate information but without your consent.

Freight
FSFBN Logistics does not give out her office address in China and/or the United States to her clients. We don’t have a warehouse; our Procurement team is situated here in United Kingdom and the United States and handles all transactions for you.

Our freight and delivery time-frames is 4-7 non-business days from China and 10-21 days from the United States. These time-frames are dependent on:
a) The receipt of your product(s) in our office in China or the United States.
b) The available shipment schedule.

For clients who use AliExpress services, payments on AliExpress go through a 24 hour verification process and as such, any seller, manufacturer or wholesaler can’t ship except this verification is done and over with.

Freight for product(s) procured from China is everyday | Freight for product(s) procured from the United States is twice a month.

In the case whereby your product(s) fails to meet up with any of these shipment schedules, it(they) will be allotted to the next shipment schedule.

FSFBN Logistics isn’t to be held liable for any delay arising from the refusal/delay of any seller, manufacturer or retailer to ship to our offices at the appropriate time.

Weighting
Should we discover that the weight value provided on your order placement form varies with the actual weight value of such product(s), FSFBN Logistics reserves the right to adjust your invoice. You are responsible for the payment of the additional cost before your product(s) is(are) released to you.

FSFBN Logistics reserves the right to adjust any incorrect information provided in your order placement form.

Shipping
FSFBN Logistics does not give out her office address in China and/or the United States to her clients. We don’t have a warehouse; our purchase department situated here in United Kingdom handles all transactions for you.

The shipping time-frame for FSFBN Logistics remains 2-3 days (48-72 hours) from her office in China and the United States of America. This time-frame is determined by:
• The receipt of the product in our office in China or the United States.

• The available shipment schedule.
For clients who use AliExpress services, you should note that payments on AliExpress go through a 24 hour verification process and as such, seller, manufacturer or wholesaler can’t ship except this verification is done and over with.

Shipment schedule for China remains Wednesdays and Fridays for express delivery (2-3 days); Fridays for normal delivery (7-10 days) i.e. products leave on Wednesdays and Fridays. Shipment schedule for the United States remains Saturdays for express delivery only (2-3 days). In the case whereby your product fails to meet up with any of these shipment schedules, it will be allotted to the next shipment schedule.

FSFBN Logistics isn’t to be held liable for any delay arising from the refusal/delay of any seller, manufacturer or retailer to ship to our offices at the appropriate time.

Bank Payment
Bank/PayPal Payment
In the case of purchasing from Alibaba where payment has to be made in Chinese currency or to an account in China, a $25 transfer fee is levied on the sum of money payable ($100-$2,999) and a $50 transfer fee is levied on the sum of money payable ($3,000 and above) by FSFBN Logistics to the seller, manufacturer or wholesaler in question.

FSFBN Logistics will not be held liable for any payment that is a scam from the seller. This service is provided for you at your discretion and any loss encountered isn’t borne by FSFBN Logistics .

Inter-State Delivery
FSFBN Logistics employs the services of a trusted courier service, Tranex to handle all her deliveries within and outside the United Kingdom The delivery cost charged on product(s) isn’t determined by FSFBN Logistics but independently by Tranex.

Fraud/Crime
FSFBN Logistics keeps a track record of your transactions and in any case (especially bank payments in Chinese accounts) that fraud and/or an attempt to smuggle in cocaine or any hard drug is discovered, you will be handed over to the appropriate authority (Chinese, United States and United Kingdom Interpol) for international crime.

FSFBN Logistics will not plead for and/or stand as witness for fraud, smuggling and/or international crime. If you nurse such thoughts and/or you are in the process of executing such, please don’t use our services – web and offline. We frown against fraud, smuggling and/or international crime and we will witness against you if such matter arises.
